This notice explains how the personal data you share through the contact form is processed.

Data controller
The data controller is İnteley Yazılım Danışmanlık Servis Sanayi A.Ş. You can send your questions and your applications under KVKK to [email protected].
Data processed
In the contact form we process your full name, company name, email address, optional phone number, company size, the intent of your request and your message. Required fields are marked in the form.
Purposes of processing
The data is processed to evaluate your request, to plan a quote, pilot or demo, and to contact you. It is not used for any other purpose.
Legal basis
Processing relies on the legal bases of steps taken towards entering into a contract and the explicit consent you give with the KVKK checkbox. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
Transfer and retention
The form message is delivered to [email protected] through an email delivery service. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile verification to prevent automated submissions. The site does not store form data in its own database; personal data is not written to logs. Site measurement uses cookieless analytics. Data is retained for as long as necessary for the purpose and then deleted.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information, to request correction, deletion or destruction, to learn the third parties to whom it was transferred, and to object to processing.

You can send requests about your rights to [email protected]. Applications are answered as soon as possible and within the period prescribed by the legislation at the latest.
